What to expect after booking

Staff reviews your booking — After you submit, our team reviews your property size and type to confirm the right equipment and pricing.
You receive a confirmation — You'll get a confirmation with your agreement link and payment invoice. Signed agreement and payment is due upon receipt.
Your IEMA licensed Radon Professional and/or Certified Mold Professional arrives at the scheduled time.
Mold Samples gets delivered to Lab or Radon monitors get strategically placed at property.
For Radon orders, radon monitors will be placed at property, initial reading taken. Minimum 48 hours before monitors are retrieved and final readings will be taken.
You receive your report — Clear written results delivered within approximately 3 business days of your test date.

Radon Testing
Base price includes up to 2 monitors. Additional monitors +$75 each for larger or multi-foundation properties.

Base price includes 1 exterior + 1 interior sample up to 1,000 sq ft. Additional samples +$105 each.

Payment & Cancellation
Everything you need to know before you book.
Accepted payments — Credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. No cash or checks.
Payment timing — Payment is due upon receipt of your invoice after booking is confirmed.
Cancellation policy — If you cancel before your scheduled testing day, you'll receive a refund minus the transaction fee. If you cancel within 2 hours of your scheduled arrival time, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service fee applies, plus the transaction fee — this applies to both Radon and Mold Testing. If you cancel after the technician has arrived, or once radon monitors are installed or mold samples have been collected, no refund is given. If a return trip is needed because access, utilities, permissions, or conditions weren't available, a $75 return fee plus mileage applies — for both Radon and Mold Testing.
