Radon Testing
Base price includes up to 2 monitors. Additional monitors +$75 each for larger or multi-foundation properties.

Mold Testing
Base price includes 1 exterior + 1 interior sample up to 1,000 sq ft. Additional samples +$105 each.

Payment & Cancellation
Everything you need to know before you book.
Accepted payments — Credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. No cash or checks.
Payment timing — Payment is due upon receipt of your invoice after booking is confirmed.
Cancellation policy — Cancellations made the same day as your scheduled testing are subject to a fee — for radon testing,
50% of the service fee; for mold testing, a flat $75 fee. Once the radon monitors are installed, or mold samples have
been collected, no refund is given. If a return trip is needed because access, utilities, permissions, or conditions
weren't available, a return fee plus mileage may apply.
